Mike's Pro Handyman
Local Las Vegas handyman site built for fast online booking and real service-area content.

Why it exists
The problem it was built for
A local handyman business needed a site that turns local searches into booked jobs, not just a brochure page.
A production local-service platform built to turn Las Vegas search traffic into booked work. The structure is the argument: a business competing across nine separate trades needs nine places to compete rather than one page listing them, and a business that is always asked whether it covers a given suburb needs somewhere to send that question. Most of what follows on the site is a consequence of those two decisions.
The work
What we designed and built
- One route per trade rather than a single services page, so each discipline carries its own copy and competes for its own searches
- Geography given a page of its own instead of a city list repeated in every footer, so coverage is something to link to rather than boilerplate
- Every conversion path routed through one contact flow rather than a form per page, leaving a single journey to maintain and measure
- Repair guides published through an MDX pipeline, so writing ships as content rather than as hand-built pages
- Structured data chosen to describe a local business with a service catalogue, not a generic website

Verified evidence
- Service routes
- Nine trade routes resolve under /services, each its own page rather than a section of one catch-all page, plus a tenth for the service area.
- Structured data
- Three JSON-LD blocks in the document head, typed LocalBusiness, Organization and ItemList — so the site describes itself to search engines as a real local business with a service catalogue.
- Service area
- /services/service-area names Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise and Enterprise, which is the geography the trade routes are written against.
- Publishing
- Thirteen published posts under /blog, including cost breakdowns and diagnostic guides — the questions customers ask before they call.
Measured on the live site on . No traffic, ranking or revenue figure is claimed — those would need the owner’s own analytics, and this record carries none.
